Dedicated to expose the facts of  the murder in 1979 of Carlos Muñiz Varela, age 26, a founder and administrator of Viajes Varaderos Travel Agency.  His travel agenc reunited Cuban families by facilitating travel of exiled members to Cuba. The group investigates Right-wing Cuban exile groups working together with corrupt elements of the Puerto Rican government.
