The members of this organization are current and former Franklin Shelter residents. This effort started with only the dedication and singlemindedness of a few men and has grown to a movement that is being recognized throughout many political venues. When we came together we rallied around the cause of saving Franklin from the developers. With no resources and up against one of the most influential organizations in the District, we were able to prevail.
