A coalition of youth, youth service providers, advocates, parents, faith-based organizations and concerned residents who are working together for juvenile justice reform. JDCY’s mission is to advocate for a more fair and effective youth justice system in DC that provides a comprehensive and effective continuum of community-based programs and reduces the city’s reliance on incarceration as a response to juvenile delinquency.
