Mayday DC is a community of activists committed to the belief that housing is a human right, and that all people are entitled to economic justice. Mayday DC's service programs include distributing food and occasionally clothing and household items to local people, as well as preparing to offer free English classes to day laborers and providing bilingual information for people dealing with immigration issues and other legal problems.
