The Rosewood Idella Carrier Foundation is named in honor of Idella Carrier of Rosewood. She was the great grandmother of the Frost Family. Idella Carrier after fleeing the atrocities which occurred at Rosewood, moved and settled in Tampa, Florida.  The Rosewood families are the only families who have received reparations from a state government in the United States.  We seek to bring focus, and keep alive our heritage and history.  We also seek to educate and make a difference in the Washington, DC. community
