A Maffidavit of One, unfortunately

Yesterday I got a copy of my Maffidavit, swearing that Bush and Cheney are war criminals, notarized, and sent it to the US District Court for DC. This is in addition to my negligence suit against the Director of the Secret Service for failing to arrest two criminal nuclear madmen.

All criminal proceedings start with a complaint, or an arrest closely followed by a complaint.  In other words, it's possible Bush and Cheney are still at large because nobody has formally complained. Well now I have.
