Men Can Stop Rape's The Men of Strength Club is pleased to invite you to our annual film festival "Solutions Through Film" on Saturday, Mar. 6 at the prestigious AFI Silver Theatre near Washington, DC. Seats are limited so please RSVP now at http://www.solutionsthrufilm.
"Solutions Through Film" is an annual community strength project hosted by The Men of Strength (MOST) Club, a national youth development program of Men Can Stop Rape that encourages young men to embrace individualized definitions of masculinity that promote healthy relationships.
At this year's film festival we will feature two award-winning documentary films - "Say It Loud!" and "Men II Boys" - that focus on the importance of fathers and mentors in young men's lives. "Men II Boys" director Janks Morton will be facilitating a discussion after the film. We will also be showing student films and awarding one of our young filmmakers our very first Oscar Micheaux Award for his achievements. Passes can be purchased for both or individual film workshops and can include lunch. Please go to http://www.solutionsthrufilm.
