First Annual Dead Poets Bash of Washington, DC!

You are invited to come and read some poems from the long, illustrious list of past DC Poets. A map of the event as well as a map of the Dead Poets of DC can be seen at the DC Dead Poets Blog.

This is the 14th in a 34-day, 22-state series of poetry readings on the Dead Poets Grand Tour 2010. The tour has been joined by 13 current and former State Poets Laureate, and read at the graves of some of America's most and least
well know poets.

The event will be filmed for possible inclusion in a documentary film on the Grand Tour and the graves of US poets. Those not wishing to be filmed are still most welcome to read.

In case of rain we'll meet in the famous Oak Hill chapel.
