Action in Montgomery (AIM), is a non-partisan alliance of 30 congregations and neighborhood organizations in Montgomery County whose primary goal is to develop local leadership to organize the people power to create a more just county. AIM is an affiliate of the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF).
