The Millions for Prisoners Human Rights March on Washington is a demonstration that will be taking place August 19th 2017 in Washngton DC, to bring worldwide attention to the human rights volations that occur daily within our criminal justice system, specifically adressing the 13th amendment of the US Constitution, which allows for legalized slavery for anyone convicted of a crime. This is a day of mass awareness, education and solidarity. Advocates, Activist, Prisoners, Families and all supporters  have come together in unity to demand change and to protect the human rights of the over 2.4 million prisoners in this country.
