Workers' rights are in continuous danger of being stripped away by federal and state administrations' corporation friendly, anti-labor policies. Traditional capitalist corporations are more concerned about profits and growth than they are about the welfare of workers, our families, and our communities.

Join up as to explore an alternative world where workers in an enterprise collectively function as their own bosses, their own board of directors. In such enterprises, workers can collectively make decisions not only for what they produce and what they earn, but also for the welfare of the communities which they are part of.
